Many of you use Canva or a similar program to layout your gang sheet, and then upload it as a single image for printing. My name is Beverly, and I am the Customer Service manager at 143Vinyl. I have been crafting for many years, and have been working at 143Vinyl for almost 6 years. I love helping with any crafting questions, and if I don’t know the answer, I will try my best to find an answer for you.
This week's question is:Help! I just received my order, and part of my vinyl order and the Pin Pen are missing. All I received was my 5 yard roll. Can you please send me the rest of my order?
Bev says:I am so sorry you did not receive the entire order. We roll the smaller sheets and rolls of vinyl together along with any tools or smaller items purchased, and tuck those inside the larger rolls to ship. Be sure to unroll the vinyl and check the invoice to make sure all of your order is there. The smaller items like the Pin Pen are usually in bubble wrap and inside the rolls or tubes in the order. If you are not able to locate part of your order, please reach out to customer service and we will be happy to assist with any missing items.

| The story behind my shop began years ago. I have always loved making things. Whether it be sewing, crocheting, woodworking or crafting, I just have a love of watching a project come together. When I decided to give doing tumblers a try I had no idea how addicting they were. The possibilities are endless with how one can be designed. Glitter, decals, glue. You name it, a design can be done. So with that being said, I have tried numerous designs and I am hooked. I have an arsenal of Ready Made Tumblers available for sale. I have also done custom made designs as well. Whatever the customer wanted I made happen and they were very satisfied and have came back and placed more orders. I will also be doing t-shirts. Ready Made and custom orders as well. All you need to do is contact me to get your order placed and payment made. What better job is there than one that you love what you do?
