Truck-like cars (aka coupe utility vehicles) haven’t been big in a while. The\xa0Ford Ranchero\xa0rode off into the sunset at the end of the 1970s and the\xa0Chevrolet El Camino\xa0was on its way into the history books in the late 1980s. Even the Holden Ute from Australia was ute-enized last decade. But that decline in the coupe utility vehicle’s popularity didn’t stop someone from converting a 2000 Volkwagen Jetta into a pickup.
