If you’ve ever felt like your journey to radical health was two steps forward, and one step back, then you’re not alone.
Because it took me YEARS to finally get my health to the point where feeling great every day became normal for me.
Initially, I thought that if I ate enough raw kale and tofu, I would feel superhuman.\xa0
Turns out, if you eat raw kale and tofu for long enough, you feel like death. At least, that was the case for me!\xa0
After ten years of being a vegetarian, I landed in my 20s with a mountain of digestive, skin, hormonal, and mental health issues that I had no idea were because of or worsened by the “healthy” diet of raw peppers and beans that I was eating.
The bloating. The gas. The complete exhaustion 😩
I tried cutting out dairy, then gluten, and on and on.
I tried turmeric pills.
Nothing seemed to improve my health like people claimed it would.
I felt frustrated. I was tired of having digestive issues and never enjoying meals with friends and family.\xa0\xa0
Then, a game-changer dropped into my life when I stumbled upon an animal-based diet and Heart & Soil supplements.
I never imagined myself holding a bottle of freeze-dried organs :)\xa0
But I jumped in headfirst, taking ourDigestive Stack, and slowly but surely, I started feeling better.
I also stopped fearing meat and butter. I stopped fearing the sun. I stopped running miles daily and started more strength training, therapy, and grounding.\xa0
I started eating more fruit, honey, dairy, and white rice.\xa0
All my digestive issues slowly disappeared.
But the cherry on top, and something I had never expected, was my mood and energy levels improved so much too!
I used to feel like I was hanging on by a thread, but now I feel like I’m on top of the world!
If you are struggling with your health journey, my advice is to make one small change at a time; it can be too overwhelming otherwise!\xa0
One small but incredibly powerful step you can take is to start getting\xa0organsin your diet.\xa0\xa0
But if you’re already doing that, and want to progress further on your health journey, there are lots of other hugely beneficial things you can try:
Go for a 30 minute walk in the sun each day
Prioritize sleep by getting to bed earlier
Add some high quality protein to every meal
Start a new workout program
Remove processed foods from your house
Wishing you radical health!
