B3 & B4 Group 2 Shipping Update
Hello from the Kara Team!
We are happy to announce that the following B3 groups have been shipped!\xa0
B3-UK
B3-Germany
B3-Spain
B3-Sweden
All backers from these regions have been contacted in regard to their shipment. If you have not confirmed your shipping address, please use the “Chat with us” link at the end of this update to contact us immediately.
This new shipment, this brings our campaign to 70% of backer orders fulfilled.
Visiting our Factory to sort out the delays
Since Chinese New Year, we have had a few minor delays that have prevented us from shipping B4 group 2 and other B3 regions. Our CEO Cody decided to take matters into his own hands and visit our factory in China in mid-May. Upon arriving, he saw over 250+ Kara Pure’s completely built without covers. He learned that the delays were caused by imperfections to the metal covers of the remaining Kara Pure’s and the covers had been sent back to our metal vendor for correction. He then learned that the metal vendor had not yet returned the covers to our factory. This led to the recent delays that we’ve experienced with shipping. He then traveled to the metal vendor’s factory and pushed them to complete the corrections and return the covers to us as soon as possible. We recently received news that the corrections have been completed and inspected by our factory for quality purposes and are being shipped back to our factory for final assembly on the week of June 2nd. Assembly will take 5-7 days.

Now that we are receiving the metal covers, we will be shipping B4 Group 2

Will ship within 1-2 weeks of US shipment.\xa0
Estimated Campaign Completion Date
Once we receive the metal covers and ship B4 group 2 and B3 backers, we are expecting to close out our campaign by August. At this time, our Indiegogo campaign will be completely closed and no longer be open to purchase perks. Backers who purchased installment plans from Jan 1. 2024 will still be eligible to complete their installment payments. Any backer who purchased an installment plan prior to Jan. 1, 2024, will forfeit their perk and not be eligible for a refund.
Add-ons
From this point on, all add-ons will be shipped at the same time as your Kara Pure perk.
