FULFILLMENT UPDATE
-------------------------------
Although it was our hope to begin the shipping process this month, we\xa0unfortunatelyhit a handful of delays that have slowed our progress.
The behind the scenes interviews for the documentary are still in progress, but we are happy to say that our last interview has been scheduled for this Sunday, May 12, 2024 and is a huge step in the progress toward completing the special features for the Never Hike Alone 2 Blu Rays.\xa0
In addition to this, we recently discovered that our original blu ray vendor has gone out of business and we have been left with no choice but to pivot to another vendor. This took a little extra time to set up the account and set up new bids, but this work has been done and is now behind us.\xa0
We apologize for the delay, but we are happy to report that other facets of the fulfillment process have been moving along as planned. There is a lot of work left to do, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.\xa0
In place of providing you with another shipping date at this time, we will instead check back in once all remaining work has been completed and have the ability to share a firm date of delivery from our blu ray vendor.\xa0\xa0
We know this is asking a lot, but we stand by our reputation for fulfilling perks for our crowdfunding backers. Those of you who have been with us are probably familiar with these delays and we thank you for the trust we've built with you over the years.
To our newer backers, thank you for you understanding and patience. We know crowdfunding can feel frustrating at times because you're excited about receiving what you paid for. Trust me when I say, we share your excitement in wanting you to have it.\xa0
Our goal simply remains to get this done as fast as possible, but we are at liberty at the bumps that come up along the way. After all, we also have plenty of good news on the horizon as well!\xa0\xa0

Digital Rewards have been completed and we are in the process of rolling them out to backers in small batch e-mails to avoid spam issues.\xa0
In recent weeks, we ran several tests with a select group of team members and backers. We are happy to report that everything seems to be working as designed and we can't wait for you to get your digital perks soon.\xa0

THE GHOST FILES\xa0

Every Friday, I try to take 1-2 hours of my week to check in with fanslive on Youtubeand will answer any questions about Never Hike Alone, the Indiegogo campaigns, or filmmaking in general.\xa0
I would highly suggest that backers of this campaign tune in each week and ask questions about the campaign. This week we even featured updates on GHOSTS IN THE FOG and NEVER HIKE ALONE 2: THE FINAL CUT.\xa0

CREDIT FIXES
----------------------------
Credit fixes for Never Hike Alone 2 were submitted to our editor for the export of our final master of the film. The final export is still in progress but will be done well before the behind the scenes is completed.\xa0
The current digital download in our digital rewards is the same that was released in October of 2023. Once the new master is exported, we will replace the file that is on Vimeo. Unlike youtube, we can swap out the master file.\xa0

NEVER HIKE ALONE 2: THE FINAL CUT

Once Never Hike Alone 2 blu rays start to ship, Never Hike Alone: The Final Cut is going to be just around the corner. Today, we are excited to share with you the reveal of the official artwork that will be features on the campaign and blu ray.\xa0
Artist Josh Beamish simply knocked the head right off the shoulders with this one and we're just getting started. Keep an eye out for more updates on this soon.\xa0\xa0

GHOSTS IN THE FOG

We are happy to report that Ghosts in the Fog has been picking up a lot of steam behind the scenes and we are looking forward to sharing some amazing updates with you on this project very soon.\xa0
Look out for an update on Ghost in the Fog next week as we will have a series of bran new art imaged and details on how this project will tie into The Final Cut campaign.\xa0
