A: The bigger the time change, the longer it can take to adjust. Some things you can do are wake your baby up at a predictable time every day, expose your baby to daylight each morning, offer naps according to your ideal schedule and wake them up if needed,and more. |
Q: What do I do if my child is sensitive to loud noises? |
A: There are a few ways to manage this. You can start by grabbing their favorite toy or fidget to distract and calm them down, you can bring along the white noise to help them fall asleep in a noisy place, or even create a social story to help your child understand what the situation will look like ahead of time.Learn more here. |
