- Any current Morphe orders, or orders made from now on, will be completed by Forma Brands UK Limited. TheMorphe Terms & ConditionsandPromos Termswill now be between you and Forma Brands UK Limited.\xa0
- The new controller for Morphe (i.e. the entity which takes decisions about how to use your personal data) is now Forma Brands UK Limited but how we use your personal data will remain the same. - The substance of our marketing materials will not change, however the email address sending these communications and the legal entity on behalf of which these communications will be sent has changed. Morphe marketing emails will come from hello@morphe.com going forward.
