We wanted to inform you of some upcoming changes to our Return Policy.
Starting from July 18, 2024, if you wish to return any items by our recommended mail service, you will need to drop off your package at your local UPS access point and use the pre-printed label enclosed in the original order. If you are returning an order from Puerto Rico and it was delivered by DHL, please return your parcel at your local DHL drop-off point.
In addition, starting from the same date, NET-A-PORTER will be implementing a \\$9.95 return fee on items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery. We understand that flexibility is important to our customers, and we continue to offer a 28-day return window. However, returns dropped off at a UPS access point after the initial 14 days will incur this fee – which will be deducted from your refund – to help us to continue providing the high level of service you expect from us.
Should you make alternative arrangements to return items using a shipping provider of your choice, any associated return costs are your responsibility and will be payable directly to such provider.
