These last few months at Silver Fern™️ \xa0Brand you’ve likely experienced a delayed product shipment, out of stock notice, or a combination of both.\xa0 We know how frustrating this can be as a customer and know that it can make it hard to trust your product will be coming as planned.\xa0 That’s why we wanted to reach out to you to let you know what’s been going on here at Silver Fern™️ Brand, why there have been so many delays, and most importantly how it is going to get better!

As a small business we’ve always strived to have a close connection with our customers.\xa0 You’ve likely worked directly with one of our awesome staff members for personal protocols, product questions, or for updates on your order.\xa0 This personal connection is central to how we do business and is what makes us so close to our wonderful customers!

We have this same approach with our suppliers and manufacturing partners. Unfortunately, one of our main manufacturing partners was recently acquired and the new management did not align with Silver Fern™️ Brand’s values and expectations.\xa0 As part of this acquisition they closed their existing facility, moved manufacturing equipment, consolidated operations, and cut a vast majority of the staff that we had become so close to over the years.\xa0 During this time Silver Fern’s orders were delayed, ingredients were lost, machines remained down for months, and manufacturing timeliness were repeatedly missed or outright canceled.

Due to these unfortunate circumstances, we’ve been hard at work shifting the affected products to our other valued manufacturing partners.\xa0 Silver Fern™️ Brand follows extremely strict quality standards while also utilizing very unique ingredients.\xa0 This is what makes our products so effective, but it also makes moving manufacturing more difficult than normal. Because of this, it’s taken longer than expected to get these facilities up to speed with the new Silver Fern™️ products and the Silver Fern™️ way.

Now for the good news!\xa0 We are in the final stretch of all these production transitions and will have everything fully in stock and available in the coming weeks! We’ve added additional manufacturing options and backups to ensure we are never in this position again. We’ve also added additional measures of inventory planning, processes, and timing with each manufacturer and are excited to say things are running faster and better than they ever have before. Also, during this time we also moved our entire fulfillment operation to a new facility to make sure orders get out even faster than before. We now expect that most orders will go out within one business day from the time they are placed!

We wanted to thank you for sticking with us through all these changes.\xa0 We know that the delays and order issues have been frustrating to deal with.\xa0 We can’t wait to finally have everything back in stock and are extremely excited and optimistic about the changes we’ve made to ensure there are no future delays. Our science team has been hard at work testing some incredible new products that will be coming this fall. To say we are ecstatic about the results we’re seeing is an understatement! We can’t wait for what the future will bring and look forward to helping you improve your health for years to come!
