After some prototyping and library research, she cracked a solution. She combined the elements of industrial peeling to create something small, portable, and easy to use at home. She even managed to get it manufactured in Connecticut, her own backyard.

Now, peeling a hardboiled egg is as easy as shaking it. The Negg—which stands for “naked egg”—is the little cylinder that gets the shell to slide off like butter.
